Over the course of the next few weeks you will be
responsible for responding to three open response style prompts using this
blogspot. Please refer to your unit schedule for due dates. If you don’t have
internet access at home be sure to let Mr. Lyons know IN ADVANCE so that time can be provided for you to complete
the assignments in school.
For each open response answer you will be required to:
•Create a one paragraph answer using a claim (thesis),
evidence, reasoning, quotes, and a closing sentence.
•Respond to the posts of two other students. This will explain why you
agree/disagree with an idea and/or creating a conversation that adds onto a
thought or idea.
When posting your answer to the assignment below be sure to use proper
grammar, punctuation, spelling and capitalization.
Once you give your answer respond to the answers of two other
students. Your responses should be about the student's ideas and not
the structure of his or her answer.
